    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
    Yes, we only post the exact product images on our website. The item in each link is the one you will receive finally.
    Where can I view my sales receipt?
    Please check my account option at the top right corner.
    How can I return an item?
    If you want to return or replace an item, please contact our support team first, we will arrange the shipping for you or confirm stocks for the new one you want to replace.
    Once we have receive the returned item, we will spend a day for the test, if it does not have any issues, your refund or new item will be on the way on the same day.
    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
    As we only list the exact item on our website, if it already shows '' out of stock '', we will not restock it anymore and the currently list will be removed soon. If you want exact the same condition item that is out of stock, please contact our support team, our technician can organize and refurbish a same one for you.
